Probate Proceedings

Our services through the probate courts include the following:

  • Advancing court action for the declaration of individuals as the beneficiaries of a deceased’s estate where there is no will. (“Heirship” proceeding).

  • Representing executors in probating decedents’ wills.

  • Litigation services to advance or contest the probating of wills and the disposition of an estate.

  • Assistance to administrators seeking appointment and in complying with court requirements for the administration of an estate.
